Full Refund or Exchange

At Ostraps, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Your name and order number
  2. Whether you are requesting a refund or exchange
  3. The name of the item(s) you wish to return
  4. If exchanging, specify the product you’d like to receive

We will respond within two business days. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the original buyer had it shipped to themselves before gifting it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

The time required for exchanges may vary based on your location. Please notify us once you ship the item so we can track it.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
